A look at this month's community contributions
Is it really the end of March? How did that happen! Spring has sprung 🌷, and so have our members’ creativity on the Remarkist app. We are excited to bring you this month’s community contributions. And if you haven’t already, take a look at the January and February Insights lists!
What are Memento Insights?
An Insight is article content crafted by community members in the form of Mementos on the Remarkist app. These bite-sized pieces of collectible content are digital badges with short creative descriptions embedded in them. Mementos are entirely produced by fans who craft and drop limited edition sets to commemorate events and engage with their favorite stories in our fan-creator ecosystem.
These Insights were published here at rmrk*st exactly as they appear inside the Remarkist app: the name, formatting, and written descriptions remain unchanged. Think of them as preserved artifacts, on display. In some cases, that may include typos or formatting quirks which we consider part of the collectible work. There may still be editions of these Mementos in our app, and by claiming one, you become a micro-patron of the creators/authors.
Introducing a new Memento Insight series
In March, we introduced a very special Memento Insight series conceived of and created by the hosts of our Star Wars official Slate watch parties happening now in the audio den on the Remarkist app (join us on Thursday nights!). This Memento series is broken up into bite-sized snippets of a larger fan fiction story. Each film’s watch party host is contributing their creative writing to the project, and when all pieces are dropped, a linear story will have emerged. In an homage to the long lost art of serialized fiction in magazines – or comic book serialization – we are excited to bring you the first two installments! Stay tuned for the next piece of the story, coming in April!

To find these as Mementos, search each @membername or the event title in the Remarkist app. If all editions have been claimed, you can still support the creators by acquiring one of their other Mementos or tipping them in our KRNL token.
