The group, catching sight of the King’s emergence, halted their progress & prepared themselves for another confrontation. Crate man, leading the group, took a step forward and locked eyes with the King. “It's not over yet,” he declared, his voice filled with determination. “We won’t let you destroy everything we’ve fought for.” The King’s lips curled into a wicked smile as he raised his hand, summoning dark energies to his fingertips. The air crackled with malevolence, & a surge of purple lightning coursed through the King’s body. With a powerful gesture, he released a devastating blast of energy toward the group.
Reacting swiftly, Rez used his telekinetic abilities to create a barrier, shielding the group from the King’s attack. The blast struck the barrier, causing it to ripple and crack under the immense force. Rez strained to maintain the shield, his brow furrowed with concentration. Kritz, still wielding the King’s laser sword, charged forward. With agility and precision, she deflected stray bolts of energy, redirecting them back toward the King. The King, caught off guard, dodged and weaved to avoid the retaliatory strikes.
They knew they couldn’t defeat the King head-on, as his powers seemed to grow stronger with each passing moment. They needed to find a weakness or exploit his vulnerabilities. Crate man, utilizing his enhanced senses, observed the King’s movements and energy patterns.His narrowed eyes scanned the King’s form, searching for any signs of weakness. Suddenly, a thought crossed his mind a faint memory from his past encounters with the King. “The King draws his power from an ancient artifact,” crate man exclaimed. “If we can sever his connection to it, we may have a chance.” They swiftly devised a plan to distract the King. While Krizt made her way closer to the artifact. Krizt reached the artifact, a pulsating crystal embedded in the King’s armor. She took a deep breath and raised the sword.
