It started as an inside joke—not about Taylor Swift but about a mash-up of Lorelai Gilmore and a Transformer. And since I am well known for beating a joke dead and into the ground, I made the same one about Taylor Swift earlier this month as members of the Remarkist Swiftie community were springboarding ideas for our July 2023 issue.

So here I am bringing this joke back from the dead like a White Walker raising an army, and I present it to you here in all its cybernetic glory.

Behold Taylortron-13! The thirteenth version of the stealthy, vengeance-driven, transformer-inspired, Taylortron line.

“Transforming for revenge.”

So what do you think? Super dumb? Kinda cool? Would you get this on a t-shirt? Would you wear it in the front row of an Eras tour concert and point at it until Taylor herself squinted to see what it was?
