Taylor Swift performs for multiple generations of women and men every night of her Eras tour. There are those in the stadium who were lucky enough to get a ticket. The people gathered outside the gates just wanting to hear her voice. And people around the world are on their phones & tablets streaming the concert. Why? The music. The beauty of Taylor Swift's music is that it doesn't matter if you are 12 or 22 or 82 - She writes about universal themes that everyone can relate to. I dare anyone to put on “22,” “Shake It Off,” or “I Can See You” and not start dancing in the kitchen in the refrigerator light. Listen to “The Best Day” or “Never Grow Up” and don’t get choked up - it's just not possible.

*We’re happy, free, confused, and lonely at the same time, It’s miserable and magical, oh yeah* is one of my favorite lines from Taylor Swift’s song “22.” Life is full of emotions - the good, the bad, and the weird. Music will be your companion through it all. It can be the greatest friend that you can have. That shoulder to cry on. The one to champion your wins.

Hold on to spinning around, and as the confetti falls to the ground, may these memories break our fall 🎉
