There won’t be soda or pretzels or beer or extremely annoying barbershop singers in the town square 🗣️🎶, but Remarkist is pulling out all the stops for an unforgettable month-long summer festival!
Like any great town event, this virtual festival celebrating fans of the TV show Gilmore Girls has come together with a lot of love and elbow grease, all from the quirky hearts and hands of Remarkist’s growing community. 💪💖
Because our town is virtual, we’re excited to bring it to you, wherever you are, through our new app. Remarkist is a fandom and artist-led platform, and with this Super Sensational Summer Spectacular, we’re expanding the possibilities of what fan events can be. 🎟️
From Friday, June 3 through Thursday, June 30, you can log into the Remarkist app and… *drumroll, please…*🥁
Enjoy special guest appearances 🛋️ by Gilmore Girls cast members (featuring our beloved “Couch seating” format for Q&As–think of it as a small roundtable discussion with friends as opposed to clamoring for your moment to be heard in a large expo hall!)
Watch parties 📺 featuring fan-favorite episodes and live DVD-style commentary with the Remarkist community, including Remarkist co-founder John Cabrera (who played Brian Fuller in the series)
Win special prizes 🏆 throughout the festival at various game nights, watch parties, and an auction where fans can use KRNLs and Mementos to bid on one-of-a-kind TV memorabilia and fan collectibles
Put your knowledge 🧠 and power as a superfan 🦸🏽♀️ to good use and support a charity! During the festival, we’ll be hosting our first-ever charitable event: The Great Animal Rescue 🐒, a virtual scavenger hunt that will test your Gilmore Girls knowledge—all to benefit the Emergency Appeal for Ukrainian Zoos
