Emily Kuroda in Remarkistland
Join us for a special GG Watch Party and conversation with actress Emily Kuroda
She’s rough, she’s tough, she knows a lot about…big knockers?
Tomorrow night (Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 9PM ET/6PM PT) Remarkist is thrilled to welcome actress Emily Kuroda to our virtual couch for one of our Super Sensational Summer Spectacular Watch Parties.
Emily, who played Mrs. Kim in Gilmore Girls, will be joining us to watch the episode “Emily in Wonderland” (Season 1, Episode 19). After the episode, she’ll chat with Remarkist’s John Cabrera (who played her fictional daughter’s roommate, Brian Fuller) and a group of fans for an in-depth discussion about her experience on the show.
As many fans know, Emily is not the strict, buttoned-up matron she portrays in the show, and we’re very excited to learn more about how she developed the character, and brought Lane’s mom to life, especially during those complex, often funny and deeply heartfelt storylines.
The room will open at 8:45 PM ET / 5:45 PM PT for a high-density 👀💪 Memento drop! There will be 30 editions, and all will cost 1000 KRNLs to claim. Owners of the first 13 editions will have access to join us on the couch for the watch. We’ll add three more edition owners to our post-show discussion. As with our previous Memento ticketing system, we’ll do a “will-call” style name call, and if an owner doesn’t respond to accept their seat in a reasonable time, we’ll move on to the next edition owner and continue until we have 13 folks with us. Forfeiting your couch seat for the watch portion doesn’t ensure you a seat for the post-show.
These mementos will be dropped by John, not Emily. However, all proceeds from the claim will be tipped to our Two Shoes charity account to power future charity campaigns!
